I offer 3D Computer Imaging combined with detailed Specification schedules. These plans then build up a pricing sheet which brings together the entire project before the job starts, bringing peace of mind to all who are invloved.

Daniel Boots offers full project management right down to the kitchen sink.

I make the process of a kitchen or bathroom easy. Being able to project manage the entire design and supply process covering off every last detail including flooring, tapware, benchtops, lighting, sinks and appliances all based on the individual needs of each project. Each supplier is handpicked to ensure the best in quality and service.

During installation I personally attend your site as required to remain in close contact with the installers, you and your contractors and answer any queries where necessary. This ensures continuity across the entire project – from design, to supply, to installation.

To ensure a great finished product it takes good planning, co-ordination, supervision and a skilled team of tradesman to carry out your dream renovation. Employing a project manager gets the most out of your renovation using past experience and knowledge to ensure a quality finished job without the headaches of engaging several tradespeople and poor quality  you would come across doing it yourself. This can cause stress in your family home and blow all budget’s which may have been in place prior to starting the work. Having one person you can call and trust goes along way when renovating.

I am a licensed Builder through the Queensland Building Services Authority (BSA) which enables me to project manage renovations as the Principal Contractor.

All work is insured through the BSA and all projects have individual HIA contracts in place for peace of mind. I am a proud member of the Housing Institute of Australia (HIA)
